Aaron Perez

Hey everyone, my name is Aaron Perez. I am the President and creator of the PuntFactory which I established in 2014! I am also the Director of Punting with Chris Sailer Kicking.

My story started in 2001 when I met Chris Sailer through a coach at my high school, Charter Oak High. Chris was just beginning his business, Chris Sailer Kicking, and after one lesson he told me I had what it took to punt in college! I went on to become an all-league, all-CIF, all-area, all-state and All-American punter. Chris had me ranked as the #1 punter in America, and by the end of my junior year, I had over 20 scholarship offers for punting! I chose UCLA due to how close to home it was and also because of the academics, given that I was a full honours student with a 4.3 gpa!

At UCLA I started for four years after redshirting. I was able to play home games at the amazing Rose Bowl and played in some amazing atmospheres including Autzen Stadium, Notre Dame Stadium, Washington Stadium and the Colosseum against Pete Carroll and USC. I even got to punt to Reggie Bush (he did nothing against me)! I finished my career with the most punts and most punting yards in UCLA history, and my career average still ranks in the top eight all-time. I was named first-team all Pac10 in 2008!
